Job Description : Corporate Strategy Lead -Overseas Assignment Responsibilities Leadership-- Effective Management of Projects Across the Business. Management teams in the Strategic Development of Bold Ideas Across the Business. Responsible for Execution of Strategic Initiatives through the Development of work Plans, Gathering & Generation Relevant Data, Driving Analyses & the Development of Actionable Reviews feasibility of New Markets as well as their Potential Growth Opportunities.Provides Short & long-Term Strategic Recommendations to the Top Management to Develop & Capitalize Business Opportunities. Strategies that inform the Marketing, Financial & Channel Planning for the Business as well as Target Setting for weekly/Quarterly/Annual Business Plans. Evaluates & Recommends Business Portfolio frameworks, Strategies, financial Concepts, Practices, Programs, Processes & Measures to be Applied Across the Business. Engages & Supports the Business in Numerous fronts in Defining & Refining Business Strategies with a Specific focus on Designing & Implementing New Strategic Approaches, Ideas & Processes that will grow the Business & Avail Measurable Results. Develop Performance Measures that will Determine the Effectiveness of implemented Strategies & identify Areas for Strategic Improvement. Evaluate Overall Performance Against Targets & Make Necessary Adjustments as is Necessary. Qualifications & Experience The. Incumbent Should a Chemical Engineer & a Degree in Management from a Premier Institute with about 25+ years of working Experience in a Strategy Management Role Preferably in any Commodity /FMCG Organization He will also Demonstrate the Ability to Obtain & filter information, identify Key issues Relevant to the Achievement of long-Term Strategic Goals & Commit to the realized Course of Action for the Purpose of Accomplishing those goals. Knowledge of the Business’s Risk Parameters in Order to Determine Implications for the Business and Implement Measures for Risk Mitigation. Experience in Strategic Planning & Analysis Marketing/Market Research, Competitive Intelligence & Corporate Business Development.
