Job Description : CFO NIGERIA 20 years post qualification experience in large manufacturing set up in Steel Industry. - Exposure and in-depth functional knowledge of Manufacturing ERP and good knowledge of MS Office - Responsible for day to day accounting and banking operations of the company including supervision and guidance to team - Preparation of yearly budget and presentation to management for approval and sign off. Preparation of quarterly Forecasts and variance analysis based on MTD/YTD actuals as per agreed timelines - Prepare, review and present consolidated monthly financial statements with all variance analysis for manufacturing and trading in accordance with appropriate International and local standards and regulation - Lead the team for preparation of the Annual Report for the company - Conduct Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Analysis activities related to global tax compliance and transfer pricing and have a monthly presentation on the tax reviews with the management.
