Estimation Engineer

Job Description : ESTIMATION ENGINEER OMAN Year of Experience : 17 years minimum, out of which 7-10 years as estimation manager Qualification : B.E – Mechanical Industry : Oil & Gas and with Contracting company(Gulf Exp.mandatory) Project worth in Bidding : 20million to 50million USD Job Description : To carry out a thorough analysis in coordination with Estimation staff and submit the techno commercial proposals as per client requirements to arrange for competitive bids in accordance with the tenders and realistic Project Planning, provide support by preparing technical specifications to the Project execution Department, Review and recommend appropriate amendments to all sections of the formal bid packages to ensure clarity of requirements from legal, commercial and technical viewpoint. Profile Description: 1. Allot work, monitor and provide timely assistance for all work carried out by the subordinates 2. Coordinate with clients and monitor project progress 3. Assuring accuracy, competitiveness & compliance of tenders 4. Contributing to the submission document & Contract documentation 5. Supervise the preparation and circulation of initial evaluation and summary report of customer enquiries and their techno commercial requirements
