Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning and delivery of the project. • Ensure that the work is completed on time and within the budget. • Organize and keep a record of the logistics. • Delegate work to respective individuals associated with the project. • Keep track of the individual spending of vendors, contractors and other project teams. • Coordinate with clients and other construction professionals to schedule and direct work. • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
