Human Resources Head

Job Description : APAC Head HR for a leading global manufacturing company based out of Navi Mumbai. Looking to connect with talent who meet the below parameters :- -Experience of 15-18 years of relevant HR experience. The ideal candidate should have seen at least 2 cycles at the leadership level. -Should have background in a manufacturing sector with an experience in managing IR/Union relations -The incumbent should have a background in business partnering & be able to drive the business agenda via people initiatives across sales & manufacturing -Ability to manage senior stakeholders globally & understand nuances of managing a mid-size multi geographical work force. -Prior experience across APAC is a must. Additional exposure to MENA will be an advantage. -Good blend of strategic and execution mindset
