Job Description : CTO – Telecom (Chief Technical Officer)” for Africa Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Information Technology Experience Required: Minimum 15+ Years Required Criteria: • The successful applicant will report directly to the CEO • The applicant must have proven track records of managing ISP network with higher efficiencies and keeping to the set KPI. • The applicant must demonstrate proficiencies in leading and managing his team • A very good analytical skill is required for the position • He must be able to plan and prepare network operations budget and manage the budget after. • To ensure that all customers network performance indicators are within agreed set targets. • Must be able to plan the day-to-day activities of the Engineering department • Must work closely with the marketing and commercial department in giving the customer a delightsome experience in using the network.
