Job Description : CFO THAILAND A leading energy business is seeking a high-calibre CFO (x1 vacancy) in Thailand to support a large, complex business unit with domestic and international expansion. About the CFO Role: Due to economic landscape and large potential in the market which result in future expansion plans, this role will play a key role in finance team’s continued development and success in its business growth. The salary offered is attractive with allowance, variable bonus and provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Identify growth strategy for the company, support crucial decision making process with other senior stakeholders to achieve the company short term and long term goals · Responsible for DD and M&A to help expand the business · Finding sustainable funding options · Responsible for FP&A, budget, forecast, management report, including cash flow, liability, etc. · Problem solving and analytical skills · Strong interpersonal skills to deal with C-level and senior shareholders · Experienced in corporate financial law and risk management · Help drive financial planning toward company goal · Prepare and responsible for company’s overall budget to align with business planning With the ability to articulate strategy to operational teams you will take the lead in strategic planning and financial planning to support business directions. Key Requirements: · Min five years experience as CFO · More than 15 years in overall accounting and finance functions · Solid experience dealing and working with banks, investors, external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related parties · Enjoy fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment
