Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO THAILAND A rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing is looking for a talented CFO (x1 vacancy) in TH to take on a crucial role. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all costing, FP&A and finance-related functions. About the CFO Role: Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all overall accounting, costing, FP&A activities and manage team of 10 people. You will be in charge of working on the reporting standards and data gathered to help support important decision of the firm. The salary offered is attractive with allowance, variable bonus and provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee the issuance of financial information · Be accountable for financial results reporting · Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO in performing on sales direction, product profitability study, feasibility study, and cost control · Establishing an efficient management and statutory monthly reporting system and adhering to tax laws and local regulatory compliance and accounting standards · Counselling senior management on cash management and implementing cost saving and margin improvement initiatives · Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting · Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts as well as ensure healthy cash cycle and strong cashflow position · Maintain good banking relationships · Coordinates the logistics of all aspects of the supply chain To succeed in this CFO role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of costing and cost analysis with solid experience in budget, forecast and management report. Key Requirements: · Strong leadership and track record of managing people required · Have a master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation, preferably food manufacturing related · process improvement and ERP implementation/ upgrade · Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations
