Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO VIETNAM A renowned automotive company based in Hanoi is calling applications for CFO to lead the global team. About the CFO Role: This is a newly created position with the upcoming plan, you will report directly to company CEO and BoD in group level. Your main responsibilities are to control and manage the Global Finance Team in term of financial process, strategy and high-level decisions for the leaders team. Key Responsibilities: · Overview, review all finance/accounting/tax report prepared by subordinates · Advises on the accounting and financial impacts of operational decisions on each markets · Ensure all accounting/finance policies and procedures comply with each market accounting standards and group policies · Optimising tax in import/export for better unit pricing · Working closely with internal/external audit to ensure the compliance matters · Coordinate with other functions, act as Business Partner to review, monitor and drive business performance based on financial aspect. To succeed as the CFO, you should have at least 18 years’ experience in finance/accounting in which at least five years as CFO or Finance Director with strong leadership skill and solid communication skills for dealing with related external and internal parties. You should be proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial. Key Requirements: · Strong leadership skill · Automotive experience is a must, also a big plus if having experience working in HQ and relocated to other regions · Strong capacity to understand the business and its challenges to advise the different entities. · Fluency in speaking and writing English with excellent communication and presentation skills
