Sales Manager

Job Description : Sales Manager - Building Materials Job Location – Dubai • Responsible for entire operations including business development and new account creation. • Outlining and implementing of annual Business plans for the marketing and sales department to achieve sales in-line with corporate strategic objectives. • Build, develop and lead the sales team for the Building Material market. • To meet budgets and agreed targets with profitable growth for long term sustainability. • Ensure effective marketing, offer submission, customer follow -ups and negotiations leading to successful acquisition of orders. • Identify new markets / dealers / products and channels to increase market share. • Design and Implement new advertising strategies for sustainable business growth. • Plan individual sales target for the team and ensure achievement of the same. • Any additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Management. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building material products, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned territory. Job Requirements: • Any Graduate with Business Management will be preferred. • 10+ years of experience in sales of Building Materials/Sanitary ware or construction materials preferable wood. • Must have full understanding and awareness of the regions construction industry • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials industry. • Must have a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and form work suppliers with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction / furniture - related retail businesses in the UAE/GCC region.
