Job Description : GROUP CFO MALAYSIA Company into industrial manufacturing · Manage all Bank’s operations, day-to-day and long term, including data entry, disbursement activities, project management/client services, end user customer service, facility management, bank-wide policies and procedures, as well as to drive on the strategic implementation team towards achieving the Digital Initiative in particular and the national agenda on e-Payment migration. · Coordinate/manage key deliverables/milestones across clients, with clear delivery dates, accountability/identified 'owners', dependencies, performance against target delivery dates. · Manage longer-term development projects across the company, including short-term requests and longer-term development projects. · Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion. (in the area of disbursement activities). · Overall managing and monitoring of all operations related matters to the processing and financing of facilities; which includes ensuring the Takaful coverage for collateral charged to the Bank as well as non-financing assets, SJPP/CGC guarantee matters, takaful operations, branch operations management, bank’s assets and facilities. · Ensure all business operations are governed by policies and standard operating procedures and that improvement measures are taken for effectiveness of financing operations, intervention activities, customer service and all other activities in accordance with the Bank's objectives. · Ensure excellent service in regards to the operations of establishment; to ensure that the highest standards are achieved and maintained in accordance with quality assurance policies and that all Legal Specifications are achieved to in line with the regulatory requirements. · Provide the highest level of advice and recommendations to the Senior Management team on risk guidelines, regulations, compliance requirements and customer due diligence. · Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time. · Exercising of delegated credit authority · Ensure the day-to-day operations of the Bank are effectively and efficiently coordinated, implemented and conducted within the framework as agreed by the Board. · Build and maintain a high performance culture through an effective performance management system, continuous engagement and communication as well as coaching of employees. · Provide clear leadership, promote and foster a team culture consistent with the Bank’s values. · Develop future leadership within the organization. · Ensure effective and efficient cost management on vendor selection, property, asset acquisition and disposal. Job Requirements · A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields, Professional Qualification is an added advantage. · A minimum of 20 - 25 years of working experience in relevant industry, out of which at least more than 7 years of experience in a senior leadership position for a large division or organization. · High profile and possess a wide network of contacts in the corporate sector and government agencies. · Have a vast experience in strategic planning and execution i.e. formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. · Have the knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Have the skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. · Able to develop and deliver professional presentations to a wide range of audience. · Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at regulatory bodies and other financial institutions or the private sector. · Ability to lead, motivate and inspire people.
