Business Unit Controller

Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER SINGAPORE Act as co-pilot for BU manager(s) by ensuring transparency on business performance, creating plans to meet strategy (incl. M&A support), identifying plan deviations & business risks, pro-actively generating counter measures & track implementation. · Manage financial planning and budgeting for BSP BU(s) incl. forecasts, target/ actual analysis in coherence with global policies · Advise Head of BSP BU reg. investment decisions & budget · Monitor commercial performance & provide action-oriented reports (incl. facilitation of BI solutions) · Identify and analyze risks as well as plan deviations, and facilitate counter measure generation and tracking of actions · Prepare, evaluate & challenge investments in BU regarding ROIs, prepare business cases and provide Finance support for M&A and Integration · Manage interface towards regional SSC YOUR PROFILE · Strategy: Market & comp. dynamics · Functional skills: Financial co-pilot, risk · Leadership: Partnering w/ Heads EB Reg. · Professional experience in financial management and (industrial) distribution sector (preferably in respective BU / industry) · 8+ years of professional experience, depending on BU size
