Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO SINGAPORE A fast-growing tier 1 Private Equity backed Unicorn company is looking to onboard Chief Financial Officer for their APAC business. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in a high-impact role with the founding members of the business. Responsibilities 1. Provide leadership & direction to the finance function of the firm 2. Lead the Controlling, FP&A, Treasury & Corporate Development functions 3. Set up / improve existing finance-related systems and processes in line with the global best practices 4. Work closely with the CEO to drive the growth of the company across the region 5. Plan the fundraising strategy of the company & evaluate potential growth opportunities 6. Liaison with the investors and give quarterly updates on firm performance Requirements 1. Degree in accountancy/ CA/ CPA/ MBA 2. At least 20 years of experience 3. Experience in manufacturing/ plant accounting 4. Ability to work in fast-paced environment / startup environment We are looking for someone with stronghold in finance, can be the face of the organization, has excellent communication skills, and can represent the firm at a global level.
