Job Description : Manager Director Sector: Power (Mini Grid) Location: Lagos, Nigeria Our Client, an innovative energy solutions company is looking to hire an experienced Managing Director to join their company Key responsibilities includes; ·Lead a high performing team with a mission-driven company culture. ·Lead the commercial team to implement the business commercial strategy and blueprint, adapting them to local priorities and circumstances. ·Lead the operations department, executing multiple business functions, including supply chain management, quality assurance, inventory forecasting, warehousing, assembly, last mile distribution, and refurbishment. ·Partner with key stakeholders and conduct relevant market research to support senior leadership in decision making. ·Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, and to deliver quality results under complex conditions. ·Have full P&L responsibility for the business. Qualifications & Skills ·A good degree, an MBA is an added advantage. ·At least 10 years relevant experience in the Power or related Industry. ·Results- oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
