Job Description : PROJECT HEAD OPERATIONS ETHIOPIA Hameressa Edible Oil S.C. is one of the largest producers of high quality edible oils from different types of seeds in Ethiopia with a total landholding of 48,000 m2 with modern manufacturing facility located in the eastern part of the country is the vicinity of Harar Region. Hamaressa Edible Oil is among the few appointed agents by the Ethiopian government to import and distribute refined Palm Oil based edible oils in the Eastern and Southern Ethiopia. Rapeseed Oil: Palm Oil: By Product (Oil Cake): We are looking for experienced professional with below credentials to drive setup and sustainable growth in the position of Project Manager(Operations). Job Summary: - Can handle overall activities including sourcing, of Edible oil project with huge capacity setup. - Head the Operation and Maintenance, Production of an edible oil complex, Refinery, and Solvent Extraction Plant processing Edible oil. - Should have Experience as Profit Center Head. - Who can Work directly with Board members and Leading a competent Management Team. - Communication with external and internal fraternity. - Corporate governance & legal compliance. - Leading Marketing initiatives and development. - Planning and executing production activities, achieve production targets within planned time and budget, and desired quality/testing processes. - Designing and implementing business operations. ( SOPs) - Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision. - Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives. - Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.). Mandatory skillsets: 1. People management 2. Business acumen 3. Proven Work Ethics 4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and team building skills 5. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills 6. Sourcing and Negotiation Relevant certifications are added advantage.
