Finance Controller

Job Description : FC NIGERIA The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and risk profile of the organization, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability. Requirements: · Bachelors in accounting or finance – CPA, CGA, CMA, CA etc would be an asset. · Must be in his or her 30s. · Candidate should be present in Nigeria. · Manufacturing background is preferred. · At least 10 years of work experience. · Nigeria or Africa experience is a huge advantage. · Knowledge of ERP’s like Quickbooks, SAP etc. · Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.). · Preparation of the detailed financial analyses to the executive management team related to monthly/quarterly results. · Support to user groups of our analyses (primary users - executive management, treasury, performance management, planning, investor relations). · Ad-hoc analyses, memos and reports. · Ensure continuous improvement of tools, methodology, content and format of all analyses and presentations. · Coordination with other finance groups at the business unit and corporate levels.
