Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM An exciting Country Manager job has become available at one of the most respected global machinery firms based in HCMC. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this is the role for sales person who is a leader in their field. About the Country Manager Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside. Key Responsibilities: · Set up the company representative in Vietnam · Work with distributors to penetrate the market better · Coordinate closely with regional manager and technical team to support the customers better in Vietnam · Define and implement sales growth strategies to ensure sustainable sales volumes. To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · 15-20 sales or business development experience in industrial sales or similar · Have an impressive track record in equipment sales and marketing, in a highly competitive environment · Must be results orientated, driven, charismatic, organised and disciplined · General Business management and marketing capability
