Job Description : SVP DUBAI a leading manufacturing company looking to hire a Senior VP to head Business Development and Growth, reporting to the Group CEO. Key requirements: · 15+ years of relevant experience · High level of expertise in Business Development planning & Program and Contract Management · Strong business acumen, analytical reasoning and research skills · Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills · CRM (Customer relationship management) oriented and the ability to effectively lead and manage people Key responsibilities: · Closely monitoring, analysing and developing the company’s business by conducting in- depth market research and subsequently drafting recommendations based on findings · Developing growth strategies, implementing new business sales initiatives and identifying profitable business opportunities · Relationship building and nurturing strategic partnerships with current and potential customers to foster long term growth · Assessing current marketing operations and identifying opportunities for improvement · Continuous new business development and creation of new initiatives to enhance profitability · Stakeholder relationship management and collaboration
