Supply Chain and Logistics Director

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS DIRECOTR THAILAND A global leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a high-calibre Supply Chain & Logistic Director (x1 vacancy) based at their production facility in Chonburi to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit across the country. About the Supply Chain & Logistic Director Role: This is a great opportunity for an exceptional Supply Chain & Logistic Director to supervise and manage supply planning & logistic team to support business growth and improve profitability. Key Responsibilities: · Provide the strategic direction and guideline to manage order fulfilment and on time delivery at the optimum cost to serve to domestics and export markets · Supervise production planning, material planning, inventory purchasing, import-export, logistics & warehouse, and SAP master data in accordance with inventory and distribution requirement · Drive cross functional projects to improve operational process, KPIs, productivity, and cost to serve · Lead SAP-IBP implementation (supply and S&OP module) to build efficiency and agility · Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure material supply and implement projects such as Vendor Management Inventory and shorten material supply lead time · Establish inventory management control procedure to ensure overall inventory level according to the company policy A progressive Supply Chain & Logistic Director is required for this rewarding role. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or related field · Minimum of 15 year’s manufacturing experience · Solid experience material & production planning and logistics & warehouses management including Import/Export · Practical experience in MRP II/ERP System is advantage
