Job Description : SHOWROOM MANAGER UAE Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs • Develop and implement best practices to improve pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecast accuracy and cross-functional collaboration • Ensure KPIs and SLA (Service Level Agreements) of customers are being met • Carry out market research and understand competing products and markets. • Establish good communication and partnership with related suppliers/brands to enhance the brand exposure and positioning in the market and expand store traffic • Listen to the needs of the market and feed insights back to Innovations to drive new products/solutions pipeline • Ensures compliance with sales governance and operates with the highest business ethics • Support global commercial teams on deployment of regional, key account management strategies • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff • Creating Amazing Customer Experience. Lead your team to provide customers with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty. Use brand tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to elevate customer experience. • Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations. Drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your store. Ensure the store represents our brand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide Skill requirement • Ideally greater than 10 years of experience working within the same industries within increasingly senior sales / sales operations roles • Strong business analytical and strategic thinking capabilities • Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business • Strong experience in presenting to senior business stakeholders, through the use of insightful reporting and analytics
