Job Description : CHIEF ACCOUNTANT FINANCIAL OPERATIONS DUBAI 10-15 years experience for one of the leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai. Please find the details : Roles and Responsibilities : The Finance shared services team are looking for leaders to lead the Accounts Payable function (Liabilities & Payments). We are looking for strong communicators who can lead the payables teams. Managerial Accountabilities Experienced Accounting Team Leader to have directly managed 8 - 10 team members Strong communication skills - expected to manage multiple internal stakeholders Functional Accountabilities ERP knowledge required - Oracle R12 or Fusion Insight to IFRS will be an advantage Demonstrated experience in managing strong deadlines and key projects Strongly inclined to process improvements and compliance Demonstrated experience with data analytics and presentation skills Desired Candidate Profile : Experience and Technical Knowledge · ERP knowledge required - Oracle R12 or Fusion · Insight to IFRS will be an advantage · Previously Led a functional Accounts payable team · Finance Shared Services working experience( Mandatory) Can consider candidates from India, preferably should be presently in Dubai.
