Job Description : GM UAE Experience: 25 years Qualification: Civil / Mechanical Engineering Salary: AED 20000 to 40000 Job code: BEL/2021/GM/001 Degree: o Fluent in English and Hindi is a Must. Arabic speaking is advantageous o 25 Years in Facility Management in UAE o To independently manage the entire facility management as a separate profit center. Sound knowledge of FM operations statutory requirements Should have handled high profile clients and premium properties at Dubai Well versed in FM related requirements of RERA, DM, and DCD A leader in the man management and HR activities Good exposure to QMS, OHS & EHS and Safety policies procedures and their adherence Should be capable of controlling & Monitoring the project’s activities independently through CAFM and HR Related Software’s Additional certifications such as HSE, FM, and other related courses and experience are desirable A good understanding of project P&L, procurement & Site operations are compulsory Good experience in all types of maintenance including but not limited to PPM, RM and SCM, etc.., Should have handled a minimum of 30-40 projects at a time efficiently Should be available to take up the assignment Immediately
