Job Description : Director Supply Chain Part of leadership team to deliver growth and profitability for one of the fastest MNC Retail Chain In India turnover of approx. 5000 Crores Salary range is 1crore per annum - 1.25 crores per annum. Heading the SCM function to actively collaborate with Sales , Marketing , distribution, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Finance to develop and deliver Supply Chain strategies End to End supply chain management of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, manufacturing ,warehousing and complete control of materials to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products Leading the Digital transformation of Supply Chain-Establishing a vision and strategy for digital applications to improve service, cost , agility and inventory levels and continuously improving process. Working with retail and wholesale team to implement Auto Replenishment system. Implement Auto Replenishment system Lead the Executive /monthly sales and operation planning process. Develop and execute both short and long range forecast Implementing PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Supply chain strategy to maximize fill rate. Implement push pull supply chain strategy using Theory of constraints model Network design , 3PL management ,Coordinate Full order cycle- Logistics management & Implementation of integrated business planning
