Job Description : RETAIL OUTLET IN CHARGE ANGOLA Department: Footwear Retail Business Work Location: Angola (Luanda) Educational Qualification:BBA [Retail] / MBA [Retail] / PG Diploma in Retail Management Experience: 8 to 10 years of Retail Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) ======================================= · This position is the Incharge of the Retail Outlet. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving the target, stocks, cash transaction, hygienic and settlement of all claims and complaints. · The incumbent will provide direction and leadership to the outlet staff. · The incumbent will play a vital role in establishing the road map for expansion of footwear business - Opening SIS & EBOs also so as to get significant contribution in groups business. · Product Portfolio & Visual Merchandising management · The goal is to manage retail stores in a way that boost revenues and develop the business. · Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store in the light of opportunity & competition. · Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts. · Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines. Key Roles and Responsibilities ---------------------------------- Financial -To be responsible for achieving agreed sales target. -To be responsible for cash transactions at the outlet (sale & deposit in the bank should be reconciled) -To be responsible for proper checking of daily expenses at the outlet. Customer Oriented -To run social media campaign to Increase footfall -To ensure settlement of all claims and complaints of his outlet. -To ensure that all the customers are attended to properly with equal importance. -To organize special promotions, displays and events. People-Oriented -To ensure smooth functioning of outlet and resolve in case of any problem. -To ensure staff reports on time and to wear the company-provided uniform. Internal Business Process - To maintain proper stock at the shops and ensure proper rotation of stock. -Responsible for proper display & Hygienic at the store. -To be responsible for the generation of Daily sales reports, cash reports, monthly closing reports etc. Competencies Technical Behavioural 1.Retail Selling Skill 2.Knowledge of Retail ERP Software Functional 1.
