Job Description : HOD MECHANICAL PLANT MAINTENANCE DRC 20-25 years experience CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM METAL PROCESSING LIKE COPPER / COBALT / ZINC WORKED AS SNR MANAGEMENT ROLE LIKE GM / AVP / HOD / DEPARTMENT HEAD • Maintenance of Belt Conveyor system, Vibrating screen, Slurry pump, Chemical process pump , geared motor , Filter press, Hydraulic system, EOT Crane , Scrubber, Agitators • Identify & Eliminate repetitive breakdown of equipment • Implement preventative maintenance schedule, Spares planning & maintain inventory of spares & consumables • Maintain specific maintenance cost within budget, Control of manpower cost & reduce overtime hours • Control the spares & consumables cost within budget / as per specific maintenance cost. • Prepare preventative maintenance schedule, Monthly shutdown job planning & execution • Shutdown job planning & implementation, Maintain inventory for spares & consumables • Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance • Control the spares & consumables inventory. • MS window, excel, MS project, ERP/SAP/ FEBBO
