Job Description : VP SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT GUJRAT 25+ years experience ead - Supply Chain Operations for a very large and renowned organization with huge international presence. Organization has manufacturing operations and multiple places and have a top of the line global R & D center. Principal Responsibilities : The Head-Supply Chain Operations is responsible: - For leading and managing teams of Logistics, Site Commercial, Imports and Exports based at different manufacturing locations, - Set highest policy and systems framework, - Drive synergies and savings - Ensure complete compliances with statutory requirements for imports and exports - Provide support in assessing supplier/service provider quality and develop parameters for choosing the right supplier/service provider - Minimizing Inventory carrying cost - Maximizing creditors day by higher credits on inputs and low inventories - Liaising with Lead Logistics and Stores to plan for RM and PM availability at plan
