Senior Production Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER BOTTLING PLANT NIGER Leading Carbonated Soft Drinks bottling factory & packaged mineral water plant in Niger, West Africa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Production · Oversee and Manage Production and material planning, man power management, execution and quality control of two mineral water and soft drinks bottling units · Lead and develop a diverse team of technicians from India and local staff · Responsible for plant bottling operations to maximize efficiency and material yield with set framework of quality standards at optimal manpower and material cost · Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements · Estimate costs and prepare budgets · Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines · Monitor production to resolve issues · Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel · Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) · Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. · Ensure output meets quality standards Desired Candidate Profile · Level/ Post: Proven managerial and leadership capabilities of leading at least 100-200 diverse team members · Engineering/ Science Bachelor's Degree preferred, with minimum 10 years of managerial experience · Good command of written and spoken English · Proficiency in MS Excel/ MS Word.
