Group Financial Controller

Job Description : Group Finance Controller YOLA NIGERIA Work Responsibilities Group FC • Accounting and Book Keeping, including Reporting as per regulatory and legal requirements: taxation, dividends, annual report , accounts etc. • Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting; including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved. • Accounts Payable and Accounts receivables. • Planning and forecasting of Capital requirements in consultation with Sales/Procurement. • Cost management, periodic monitoring efficiency and financial performance. • Treasury Management and oversight of banking with the aim of optimal use of financial resources and managing the borrowing cost. • Other areas of responsibility: Company insurance, import/export administration, licencing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities, assisting in corporate level negotiations (e.g.premises, plant, trading, acquisitions and divestments, disposals), major supplier/customer/partner relationships, regulatory bodies relationships and strategies, approvals and accreditations.
