Job Description : Chief Financial Officer AUSTRALIA Type of role: Full time Sallary: $130k - $150k AUD p.a. + Super Location: Sydney Applicants Must Have The Following · Relevant Bachelor degree from a top university or AQF equivalent · · A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (FCA) accreditation Key Responsibilities · Overseeing financial management · Work with the CEO to define the financial strategy including the financing of acquisitions · Strategise and liaise with CEO and Vice President of Investments for overall investment strategy including advising on future spending, forecasting and conducting scenario analysis to project the future financial needs of the company. · Assess value and due diligence of potential acquisitions and make a go/no go decision on new investments · Overseeing preparation of financial reports by external accountant including the income statements and balance sheets, and management accounts to ensure transparency to current and future investors · Oversight and approval of all major spending · Participate in strategic decisions about the company · Keep up to date financial plan for the company · Track expenses · Set up and monitor appropriate financial accounting and security arrangements · Manage investments in new companies · Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments · Evaluate investment targets by considering cash and liquidity risks · Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations · Manage vendor relationships · Overseeing preparation of reliable current income statements and profit reports and forecasting reports · Ensure compliance with the law, local regulatory framework and company's policies · Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
