Job Description : CFO BRISBANE AUSTRALIA Founded over 30 years ago by a visionary entrepreneur, this proud and privately owned FMCG food manufacturer has globally recognised brands and is a market leader for product innovation, quality, customer experience and environmental sustainability. Having annual revenues of $150m per annum, the company is now poised for continued profitable continued global growth with its HQ in Melbourne. Reporting to a CEO, you will have monthly exposure to an independent board of directors, be part of an energetic ELT, be charged with leading a finance team, and be equipped with the overall global financial stewardship of the company. Naturally inquisitive, you will be highly motivated, innovative, energetic and team-orientated person. You will lead commercial negotiations with external stakeholders, including an ERP rollout and have extensive experience with M&A activity and key customers. You will be well versed in compliance, taxation, governance and risk management, in addition to strategic and day to day process implementation. Fundamentally, you will initiate and drive financial performance and overall business transformation as the company continues to grow profitability and market share. To be successful you will bring a demonstrable track record as a proven CFO of a similar sized business and who understands business process improvement and driving profitability, and you will possess excellent communication, report writing, influencing and negotiation skills. You will be CA/CPA qualified, be curious, a team player and have strong business acumen along with highly developed analytical and modelling skills. This is a Melbourne HQ based role in state of the art manufacturing facilities.
