Group Head Treasury

Job Description : GROUP HEAD TREASURY VIETNAM A F&B group based in Ho Chi Minh City is calling applications for a newly created role: Group Head of Treasury. About the Group Head of Treasury Role: You will report directly to CFO. Your main responsibilities are to lead and overview all of treasury, cashflow activities of the companies of the group. Key Responsibilities: · Establish and implement comprehensive treasury policies & procedures including treasury governance framework, cash forecasting, investment and risk management (based on leading best practices). · Cash flow forecast · Debt management · Maintain and establish relationship with banks · Reporting: Standardised reporting parameters as per leading practices for tracking performance of treasury activities To succeed as the Group Head of Treasury, you should have at least nine years of experience in finance/accounting plus strong communication skills for dealing with stakeholders. You should be proactive, innovative, and integrity. Key Requirements: · Experience in retail/F&B industry is a plus · Big 4 experience with qualified certification is a plus · Good relationship with local and foreign banks · Experienced working in treasury role with direct line reporting to CFO or CEO, ideally for a $100m plus revenue business in Vietnam · Good problem-solving skills, communications · Fluent in English with strong presentation skills · A positive thinker, high flexibility and adaptive to dynamic environment
