Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE FINANCE VIETNAM A well-known multi-unit retail operator based in HCMC is calling applications for Senior Manager, Corporate Finance. About the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance: You will report directly to CFO. Your main responsibilities are to oversee all the M&A transactions, conduct capital raising, and increase equity values for the company in its ecosystem by implementation strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: · Be in charge of leading all the execution parts of M&A for the company · Support the management team in deal sourcing · Maintain existing relationships as well as connect new stakeholders in order to ensure the growth of business · Take lead in all the capital raising projects · Take responsibility in increasing values of companies in the ecosystem with innovative and strategic initiatives · Deliver other assigned tasks To succeed in this position, you should have at least 10 years of working experience with relevant experience in M&A, private equity investment, and corporate strategies. You should have a strategic planning mindset with proven records of hands-on experience in successful deal management. Key Requirements: · Graduated from top tier universities in relevant disciplines · Strong experience in M&A, private equity investment, and corporate strategies · Proven records of successful deal management · Prior working experience in management consulting firms and international working exposures would be an advantage · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills · Hard-working, objective-driven, transparent, and proactive
