Vice President Sales and Marketing

Job Description : VP SALES AND MARKETING VIETNAM In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing related activities to your team. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for aggressive revenue responsibilities to increase the topline of the business, in addition to new logos and conceptualisation plus implementation of newer marketing and product segment initiatives · The role will involve inculcating in a positive customer centric approach to the entire sales and marketing function, both to increase the potential customer base for the company but more importantly aim at a brand penetration exercise and the quality that they represent · Manage the total sales & marketing portfolio across its global customer base with customer segment in the Asia-Pacific region and would be comfortable with the work culture and business as prevailing in the region To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix. Key Requirements: · At least 10 years of working experience with minimum five years years in management role within textiles & garment industry · Handling textile accessory products for the textile and apparel market in APAC is a must for this role · Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented · Good team management and leadership skill
