Job Description : Expat Marketing Manager (FMCG) NIGERIA 8+ years experience As the Marketing Manager, you’ll work to develop strategies and initiatives that will improve our reach throughout Nigeria, with a view to maximizing sales and establishing the brand as a household name. This role will involve working extensively with branch managers and top management to craft the perfect marketing strategy. Requirements: • Must be a graduate. • Find ways to increase sales. • Extensive travel to meet all branch managers. • Coordinate with all branch managers for sales, stock and marketing position. • Compilation and reconciliation of all branches sales and stock reports. • Follow up on collections. • This is a field job. • Experience managing projects from conception through to completion. • Experience measuring campaign performance and offering insights on what worked and what didn’t. • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM applications like Hubspot, SalesForce, Mailchimp, and others. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and other market players to get actionable, qualitative data. • Manage the execution of all promotional programs custom fitting them by retailer (requires knowledge of retailer levers, loyalty programs, VIP opportunities etc.) This includes launch planning and in-store / event execution. • Provide Retailers with upcoming event / promo / launch / advertising information.
