Job Description : TAXATION HEAD NIGERIA Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Ltd. Refineries in North America, Europe, Asia, South Africa and Australia owing to its low sulfur and sweet crude quality. Company has diversified its business in Energy, Construction business . Lot of projects are at Pilot stage. We have more than 800 employees working at Nigeria. As a Head Taxation you will be responsible for Managing Function by leading team of employees & advising on Direct & Indirect Tax Reviewing the monthly compliance of direct and indirect tax. Responsible for corporate income tax return filling and tax audit report. Responsible for all taxation related matters e.g. Assessment, Submission, Liaoning with Authorities, Attend hearing, Tax Audit, computation of Advance Tax, transfer pricing, etc. Advice and guide Management on Taxation Issues Follow the tax regulation change Proactively communicate with all authorities and Group Tax to understand the impact for actions Handling all Statutory requirements Expertise in heading Direct & Indirect Tax functions including all Tax Compliances We provide Fixed Non Taxable salary in US$ + Company provided food , Transport , Accommodation + Local Allowance + Mediclaim + Medical Facility at Nigeria + 21 days of leave for each Six Months completed & other benefits
