Procurement Head

Job Description : PROCUREMENT HEAD SOUTH KOREA a global leader in developing infrastructure solutions for energy and natural resources. They provide an extensive suite of onshore and floating products for the distribution and usage of liquefied natural gas (LNG). As the Head of Procurement, you are essential in overseeing the full spectrum of procurement activities and ensuring compliance with policies and procedure. The role is based in Busan, South Korea. Your main responsibilities include: · Lead a regional portfolio and interact with clients · Manage and support the request for quote process (RFQ) in relation with projects · Design & implement strategies to improve bottom-line productivity · Develop strategic sourcing plans and drive the supplier selection process · Engage in direct negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive rates and services · Provide a robust procurement governance framework for the organisation MSc or Bachelor's in Procurement, Supply Chain or related fields (MBA preferred) · Minimum 10 years' experience in direct procurement within energy and natural resources industry · Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills · Excellent communication for successful partnership with internal and external stakeholders · Ability to work well in a multicultural and fast paced environment
