Sales and Marketing Head

Job Description : HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING AFRICA a leading company in UAE, is seeking to hire for the role of Head of Sales & Marketing. Location - Africa. Salary- USD 8000 to USD 10000 per month + benefits Job Role · Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring sales team meets their targets. · Promoting the company’s brands and introducing products to the market · Research and development of marketing opportunities · Market mapping to identify the current market trends, understanding consumer requirements and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals · MIS reporting on market research and any other data required by management · Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers · Building the sales and marketing team · Supervise all the channel managers, communicate goals and targets and help them devise strategies to achieve the goals. · Ensure that employees have the knowledge and information needed along with the appropriate sales tools to get desired sales results · General supervision of all sales staff and sales efforts · Branding activities of the company which includes preparing and implementing the marketing and media plans with internal and external partners · Assess overall company performance against objectives · Ensure legal compliances. · Represent the Company to the business community Education & Experience · MBA · 12- 15 years of experience of professional Sales and Marketing experience from Edible oil / Agro Industry (preferable from Soyabean) · Vast experience in developing ideas, products, and services · Great negotiating experience · Proficiency in business supervision · Proficiency in capacity building · Excellent Interpersonal skills · Excellent presentation skills · Good Commercial Assessment with proven experience will be an advantage Skills · Leadership Management skills · Decision Making · Risk Management , Time Management and Multitasking skills · Analytical skills · Ability to Strategize · Strong communication / Presentation skills · Team Management · Relationship Management with stakeholders
