Job Description : FINANCE HEAD AFRICA a leading company in UAE, is seeking to hire for the role of Head of Finance. Location - Africa. Salary- USD 4000 to USD 5000 per month + benefits Job Role · Ensures business processes, administration and financial management · Co-ordinating and directing the preparation of budget and financial forecasting · Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements · Reviewing the financial reports · Manage and comply with the local government regulations (Company laws and taxes) · Internal Audit checks · Investigates means to improve profitability · Risk assessment ,risk management and risk auditing · Assessing business needs and risks with necessary recommendations · Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents · Ensure accuracy of organizations financial results and reports · Maintain system of controls for overall transactions · Budget and MIS reporting · Maintain cordial relationships with all stakeholders · Inventory Management · Change Management Leader Education & Experience · Chartered Accountant · Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards · 10-15 years of experience of professional finance management Skills · Financial Acumen · Leadership and General Management skills · Decision Making · Risk Management , Time Management and Multitasking skills · Analytical skills · Strong communication / presentation skills · Team Handling Exposure · Relationship Management
