Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI FOR GREEEN CEMENT PLANT Reports to: Plant Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: This Position is responsible for overall process and production control of Slag (GGBS) /Cement by Loesche VRM meeting company targets and production plan. He will be responsible for CCR operations and Inter department co ordination for smooth operations of plant DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the upkeep and availability of the plant equipment Responsible for production and process control of Loesche VRM To optimize the power and fuel consumption in Loesche VRM Ensure protection of environment in compliance with standards within his field of activities Responsible for the daily production co ordination and optimum production performance. Responsible for ensuring quality at various stages of production process in co ordination with QA department. Prepare forecasts and production budgets (yearly, monthly, adjustment) Co ordinate and manage the production so as to make available on a day to day basis, the required product within the specified quality, cost and time Responsible for process optimization and development of tools necessary for the implementation of improvement projects. Prepares, submits and achieves production budgets Check Monthly physical Stock measurement of all raw materials and finish goods and verify with production report for monthly closing Ensure training of CCR personnel to operate Loesche VRM efficiently Co ordinate the program of Routine inspections, visits and repairs with the maintenance manager Organizes to maintain equipment in good working condition by complying with the instructions of use and by regular monitoring of the equipment and by warning the maintenance department if need be. Implementation of Lubrication systems and Autonomous maintenance for all plant equipment Experience in the development of quality management methods (ISO9000) and of TPM
