The candidate should preferably a metallurgist MBA / Civil engineer MBA from reputed institute / Organisations with exposure to system oriented functioning , well versed with market dynamics globally as well domestically and strategic procurement with proven track record ofinnovative procurement . Candidates understanding of the importance of strategic procurement in business growth in an organisation is a quality that would be seriously taken in to consideration for selecting the right candidate . Knowledge about the specifications/ costing of steel , cement , pipes will be an added advantage .
