Civil Construction Head

Job Description : Head -Civil Construction Chemical /Pharma (API)-Projects -North India Responsibilities Oversee & Direct Construction Projects from Conception to Completion. Review the Project in-Depth to Schedule Deliverable & Estimate Costs. Oversee all Onsite & Offsite Constructions to Monitor Compliance with Building & Safety Regulations. Coordinate with Direct Construction Workers & Subcontractors Select Tools, Materials & Equipment & Track Inventory Review the Work Progress on Daily Basis. Prepare Internal & External Reports Pertaining to job Status Negotiate Terms of Agreements, Draft Contracts & Obtain Permits & licences. Ensure Quality Construction Standards & the use of Proper Construction Techniques. Requirements BE-Civil With About 15-20 years of Experience in any Chemical /API- Pharmaceutical Organisation Proven Working Experience in Construction Management Advanced Knowledge of Construction Management Processes, Means & Methods Expert knowledge of Building Products, Construction Details & Relevant Rules, Regulations & Quality Standards Excellent Time & Project Management Skills
