Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER MALAYSIA An exciting Commercial Finance Manager job has just become available at one of the most well-established FMCG company based in Petaling Jaya. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing finance leadership to the Malaysia business to deliver comprehensive and business-oriented solutions. About the Commercial Finance Manager Role: The Commercial Finance Manager is a key role in the growth agenda of the business. You will be required to partner the Sales Director and Marketing Director with decision support on how to allocate resources to drive the best outcome on sales, profit and cash. Key Responsibilities: · P&L Management for four markets including planning, reporting and recommendations on pricing, trade investment, product mix, advertising, and promotion investments to drive demand · Regional lead for investment decision making: advertising and promotion and revenue growth management (RGM) · Support in distributor management · Champion controls and efficient internal processes To succeed in this Commercial Finance Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior members of the organisation, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and with at least 10 years experience in Finance with a minimum of five years in commercial finance · Experience in roles that require strong analytical skills especially in interpreting financial/quantitative data · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, different cultures, styles and all levels of staff · Strong leadership qualities and able to work with cross-location team · Desire to excel and a game changer to drive outcomes · Passionate about driving improvement across the business · Brings a growth mindset, with a proven ability to drive change and challenge the status quo
