Job Description : PROCUREMENT HEAD THAILAND A world leading industrial manufacturing company is recruiting a Head of Procurement based in Bangkok (x 1 vacancy) About the Head of Procurement Role: Due to excellent results, the Head of Procurement will play a key role in leading procurement team to meet objective. Key Responsibilities: · Develop appropriate PO process and ensure that all areas are fully understood and used · Review all supply agreements and ensure that all are qualified and approved before used by the business · Manage closely all price escalations, communicates effectively to those in the business affected by changes in costs · Document historical data in a timely manner and provides Management reports to the business regarding supplier-related performance issues · Build a team environment with ongoing coaching, training, and developing a strong supply management competency To succeed in this role, you must have minimum fifteen years experience and five years' experience in managerial level, regional background in preferable. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, but not limited to other fields · Min 10 years procurement experience in industrial manufacturing environment · Team management and development experience · Good English competency
