Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO/ CEO for a Non-Profit Organization in the Electronic Sector. Self-motivated and results-driven Senior management professionals as Chief Operating Officer to govern Board of the Council. Direct, manage organization’s business activities and to develop & implement effective business strategies and programs. • Facilitate linkages among various stakeholders in the sector for improved delivery of skilled manpower to the industry • Develop a Labor Market Information System (LMIS) that contains information on the profile of youth of India seeking employment, the market demand and the list of organizations working in the sector • Standardize processes of accreditation, assessment and certification of skilled technicians & engineers through the national network of placement agencies • Interact with All partners within the relevant sector including Industries, Associations, Academic Institutions, Central & State Governments, and Ministries etc. The ideal candidate would have 15-20 years of experience working for the electronic and manufacturing set ups/ councils and have strong entrepreneurial skills to manage and run the organization.
