Hotel Sales and Operations Exploited Potential Business Area in terms of revenue for the organization for Hotel Sales Handling entire banking operations viz., cash operations, documentation, clearing, etc. Managing the overall functioning of process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation. Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and Sales productivity. Head the office sales team of 6 members for MICE and Events and manage key clients. Craft event concepts as per the corporate requirements that shall add maximum value to the client. Conduct group presentations with the corporate based on their project Handling the overall management of Conferences and Events till closure. Interaction with DMC’s & Hotels for National and International MICE and Events. Consultative selling to corporates and business conglomerate in India. Operations Management Setting up & maintaining CTQ (C ritical to Quality) / CTP (C ritical to Process) targets for the proces & team. Taking various initiatives for maintaining SLA (Service Level Agreement). Coordinating integration with support functions viz. Quality, Training,Technology, and Compliance & HR. Client Relationship Management Mapping client’s, identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels. Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure thatarea of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels
