Senior General Manager

Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER PROCUREMENT AND OPERATIONS UAE specialist in the MENA region with their HQ situated in Dubai, UAE. The company have seen consistent growth over several's years and are viewed as a highly respected specialist in the Security sector. Your new role The Senior Manager - Procurement & Operations, is a newly created role as part of the companies continued growth & development plans. The role will report into, and work very closely with, the Managing Director. The new Senior Manager will play a key role within the organisations wider leadership team. A key part of the role will be stakeholder management, both internally and externally. The new Senior Manager - Procurement Operations, will be responsible for several functions, including: Maintenance, Procurement/Cost Center, Projects and Logistics/Warehousing - a team of roughly 25-30 team members. To be considered for the role you require the following: · A minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar position, with exposure to managing the above mentioned functions. · Experience within the Security industry is essential · Bachelors Degree, or equivalent, in Engineering (Tech), IT or Business · Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills · Highly experienced in a Project Management · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Strong negotiation & presentation skills · Experience in the MENA region - desirable but not essential In return the individual will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary in the local market.
