Key Responsibilities: · Ensure project controls are accurate and aligned with overall objectives, both internal and external · Manage resources and protocols to maintain or exceed quality and productivity standards · Provide coaching and mentorship to increase technical competence and build a solid project team · Oversee project reports, provide presentations and communicate progress updates to clients Minimum Requirements: · A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management (engineering or technical background would be an asset) · Advanced knowledge of project implementation including environmental, health & safety issues as well as community relations · Solid leadership and organizational capabilities · Excellent communication and presentation skills
