Job Description : MANAGER CRUDE OPERATIONS NIGERIA FOR STERLING OIL Responsible for Crude evacuation from Flow Station upto Export Terminal - Overall control of crude operations including coordination with Marine, Shipping & Community & Security teams for smooth crude evacuation. - Control of all Crude export activities including coordination with various agencies for requisite approvals and actual export loading activities. - Post export activities including invoicing and receipt of export proceeds. - Crude stock accounting - Control of stock losses in Crude movement - Liaison with Crude purchasers and statutory authorities - Control of all the operating locations in the crude operations department - On-going cost cutting initiatives to bring down cost of operations - Ensuring safe operation at all the locations under control - Improvement of facilities in the locations - Motivations, development and empowerment of team Desired Candidate Profile 15 years in Petroleum Terminal Operations in Oil Industry with Minimum 5 years in Managerial capacity in an Oil Terminal Good job knowledge of Terminal & Shipping Operations, knowledge of Projects execution and monitoring, Good speaking & writing skills, Analytical capabilities, Ability of multitasking, ability to handle pressure, people handling and Liaison skills Perks and Benefits Tax Free Salary + Free accommodation, Transport, Food + 21 days leave for each six months completed+ Medicalim for family & Medical facilities for employee
