Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER ETHIOPIA FOR TRAVEL INDUSTRY Overall branch Administration, Accounts and co-ordinate with counter staff & other branches for smooth operation. Be responsible for overall sales development. To achieve budgeted targets in terms of Turnover, Revenue and Contribution in the Branch to Achieve growth in business through new accounts and enhancement of Business in existing accounts To ensure compliance with the business manual of all employees in the Branch. To create a performance oriented culture by linking rewards to performance. Manpower & Service Management: Ensure proper staffing of the Branch through proper recruitment of new staff and training of the existing staff and liase with HR to ensure for staffing and Training. Ensure service standards of the Branch are in compliance with the bench marked standards laid down by the organization and also review periodically the service standards to improve the quality of service. Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relations with the clients through consistent service standards being met. Ticketing, Facilitation, Leisure, Credit Control-Oversee and ensure smooth functioning of the departments as per company guidelines. Authorize and monitor deviations, if any. Required Candidate profile Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills Customer-oriented approach Excellent organizational and Leadership skills. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative Confident and mature approach to dealing with people
