Job Description : SENIOR REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER SINGAPORE An exciting Senior Regional Commercial Manager job has just become available at globally established foods company based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, this is a role for an individual who is a leader in their field. About the Senior Regional Commercial Manager Role: In this business critical role, you will be leading the newly established commercial function with the mandate to transform the commercial strategy, planning and go-to-market plans as the business rapidly expands in the region. The candidate with the right experience will also get to oversee local and international markets such as Singapore, Australia and Myanmar. Key Responsibilities: · Establish and lead the commercial function in the regional HQ by creating the right structure, systems and capabilities based on strong field sales and commercial planning experience · Build a regional commercial strategy in-line with business needs and develop channelised commercial plans that can be rolled out across the region · Improve go-to-market fundamentals leading to sales · Leverage shopper understanding and key business drivers of each channel to develop differentiated plans for winning in different channels, particularly in emerging channels in the region · Influence key stakeholders in the region and in the markets to bring commercial thinking into the heart of the business, and build strong capability in the region/markets To succeed in this Regional Senior Commercial Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Minimum of 18-20years’ experience in field sales and commercial roles in the FMCG industry with good exposure to key channels · Strong local and regional distributor management experience · Excellent commercial acumen and data analytical skills · Self-confident and self-driven with a high standard of end results · Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels · Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, maturity and ability to communicate effectively · Able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment · Prior people management experience is advantageous · Ability to travel extensively · Degree in a related field
